Senior Industrial Designer

Expanded role to include more client facing interaction as well as internal mentorship. In addition to managing and directing concepts for various projects, I also worked directly with clients along the product development process to ensure we are meeting their needs as we execute the studio’s design intent. I was also responsible for the hiring and development of intern and junior level employees.

Industrial Designer

As a full time designer, I gained more autonomous control over the concepts I helped develop on each project. I was very fortunate to see a select group of projects through from early concept up to production and launch. In this stage, I often filled many roles including assembling presentation decks, managing concepts, building prototypes and working with clients.

I started at Branch as an industrial design intern after graduation. At this time, I worked at the direction of the senior team, helping to develop and visualize a range of concepts. In this stage I gained a stronger attention to detail, awareness of design trends, technical fluency and model making ability.
